Proven industry leading, web-based technology that facilitates integrated claim management, tracking, reporting and analysis.
Nucleus 4.0, recognized in the lost-time industry as the most comprehensive, web-based technology solution available, provides end-to-end support for claim and leave administration as well as robust data integration and reporting. Nucleus supports all stakeholders who are responsible for managing absence, including:
Human Resource Managers
Benefit Managers
Line/Operation Managers
Risk Managers
Health and Safety Managers
Executive Management
Nucleus provides the metrics and reporting capability to rapidly assess, on a continuous basis, program success. Customers benefit from Hewitt LCG’s extensive standard and ad hoc reporting capabilities, including EMPAQ-compliant reporting and analysis. This assessment can also be done through internal benchmarking and trending views of the customer’s data over time as well as “cross tab” views where both benchmarking and trending are displayed simultaneously. All of these metrics are rate adjusted, so that true comparisons can be made, based on rates and not simply “raw” data. Drill-down as well as aggregate reporting provides the flexibility required for comprehensive views of the data. Reports can be run in real-time or individually scheduled and delivered via “push” e-mail to designated recipients.
Nucleus’ data integration capabilities permit the linking of absence data with health care and other employer-related data. Reports are generated in tabular output or in graphical views that include bar charts, line charts, pie charts, stacked bar and 2D/3D representations. Reports can be viewed “live” on the screen, printed or can be exported to Adobe PDF, Microsoft Excel or CSV formats.
Equally important, Nucleus 4.0 provides secure access to all data and reports. Our system’s security management permits access to each data element, based on individual user privileges, thereby protecting specific fields that are confidential. We provide multi-level password protection that controls the type and level of information that is accessible. This ensures that each field can be made available for query and analysis, or its access restricted, based on individual user privileges.
